When it comes to category productions, property development often takes the cake for lacklustre clips. That’s because these masterplanned communities are rarely seen as anything more than infrastructure. In reality, however, we can draw some pretty startling parallels between property development and video production. Largely, that we’re both bringing big ambitious worlds to life.

It was this unconventional perspective that drove the delivery of a film that offered some serious distinction within the market. A creative collaboration between Director Jarred Osborn and DOP Joel Egan spawned the idea that property developers, Samuel, aren’t just building apartments, they’re creating living, breathing environments. 

Purely
Cinematic

The result was just under two minutes of pure cinematic awe. Thanks to anamorphic lenses and a powerful custom score by Andre Pangrazio, we were able to create this meaningful natural undercurrent that framed the Willow development in a really formidable energy. We wanted people to walk away from watching this film feeling calm and inspired, and in just under two days of filming, you better believe we did it.
