TRUE WEST

There’s something refreshing about an ad that isn’t selling anything. And that’s exactly what our project for Woodlea did. Rather than unabashedly flogging their house and land packages, we subverted the sales-driven norm and instead created a campaign that encapsulated the essence of an emerging Melbourne region— the Greater West. And instead of placing a spotlight on the new commercial development itself, we used human stories to translate the vibrant developing culture within the broader area.

HUMAN
STORIES

The four-part branded documentary saw us step up to the plate and wield full creative control. From conception to execution, our team took the reins and captured the true essence of the Greater West, forging an authentic connection between client and consumer.

The product was a suite of films united by a commonality—being at home in the heart of Melbourne’s True West—all woven together by a warmth that’s so rare in branded content.

FULL CREATIVE CONTROL

This project was a true reflection of the Wildebeest method. One that combines high production value with authentic storytelling to deliver a meaningful and honest message. More importantly, it was an exercise in reaffirming our aptitude for nailing a full-scale brief, from penning the brainwaves in our very first brainstorm, to attaching the credits in the final stage of post-prod.
