WORLD CLASS LIST

London-based agency Something Media approached us to collaborate on a series presented by World Class Drinks and Diageo Reserve – the company behind Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray, Smirnoff, and plenty more. The chance to work alongside such iconic global brands was a profound experience, and we learnt a lot about ourselves and the kind of work we want to be doing.

A
GLOBAL
ADVENTURE

We needed to create a content series that uncovered the world’s best drinks in some of the world’s coolest locations – but we had to get it done with a small, nimble team. From past experience, we know there’s no better way to discover a new city than a night out with a local – so that’s where the story began. What happened next was a big undertaking for just a few people, but we were quietly confident that the long days and longer nights would be well worth it in the end.

Over two months, we touched down in Sydney, Barcelona, Taipei, San Francisco and Mexico City to create five 22-minute episodes and trailers, ten branded how-to-mix videos and a full suite of supporting photography. It was a tough job, but our small, dedicated team were willing to dig their heels in and produce something pretty special.

ON A SIDE NOTE

After eight months of pre-production, six weeks straight shooting and five months in post, we achieved a huge end-to-end outcome for some of the biggest brands in the world with a very lean team.
